Los Angeles experienced citywide celebrations after the Los Angeles Dodgers won a thrilling seven-match World Series title. Fans worldwide joined Angelenos in jubilation, marking the initial time in a quarter-century that a team has achieved back-to-back championships.
Celebration Parade Attracts Massive Crowds
Los Angeles area celebrations featured a downtown parade on Monday morning, a reserved-seating event at the team's home stadium, and spontaneous parties across the city.
Online footage depict thousands of Los Angeles residents flooding downtown streets, many carrying homemade signs and Dodger flags. The squad was seen riding high on a open-top bus through the crowds, hoisting the Commissioner’s trophy proudly.
“My focus is already about the third time we’re going to do this,” the star player stated through an interpreter.
The procession path ended at the stadium, where the team emerged to the rapper’s “Not Like Us,” with DJ Mustard providing music and the artist cruising a Pacific blue vintage Cadillac around the field.

Yoshinobu Yamamoto, awarded the MVP of the championship, spoke plainly about the win.
